You will receive weekly update on your order by mail. Each time your order process passes anew step, you will be updated too. If you need more information, send us a request using the “contact” box.

You can only compose an order within a single factory offer(s). If within an offer, you miss an item, you can send us a request detailing what you miss and we can check with the factory if they can provide it to you.

You can receive samples. Put your request by mail and you will receive a quotation for an express courier shipment.

Our customers usually have a regularly appointed custom clearance agent but if you need such a service, we can assist you. You just have to let us know when you give your approval on the pro forma of your order.

We are a company duly registered and established in the US. We have been in this business for more than 20 years and still pretend to be in 20 years from now. We are member of the MIA.

You are totally free to compose your purchase but:

You must be aware that all expenses related to the handling and the shipment of a container as well as most of the port taxes and fees are fixed whether the container is full or not. So if your purchase is less than a container, the incidence of these costs on the cost of goods will be higher.

Our incoterms prices on the site are FOB. The FOB incoterms includes some fixed costs at the origin; they are included in our prices based on a full load. If your purchase is significantly lower than a full load (15% or more), we will have to charge an extra FOB process fee. This fee will be explicated in our pro forma

Once your order is confirmed you will get a schedule of the production and the shipment process. Most of our offers are available for quick shipments, within 12 working days.
